Pierogie Grill has authentic Polish food, very kind servers who are quick and lovely. We love their Borscht, stuffed cabbage, polish sausages, kraut, and of course the pierogi. Try the Polish honey beer!
I’m just in town visiting for a couple days and after a big weekend of riding my bike I knew I needed a big meal. I am so lucky to have found Pierogi Grill just a few minutes from my Airbnb. I came for lunch and ate soooo much food. Everything was absolutely incredible, my Polish roots were so happy to have food literally just like my Babcia used to make. I wish I could’ve tried every type of pierogi on their menu, but the royal platter is the best bang for your buck if you’re hungry. Don’t skip the borscht- it’s incredible. I hope to come back to Clearwater soon just for this place!
I love this place and I love the food! Decided to come late afternoon during the week and we have two different plates… Beef stroganoff with potato dumplings and the Royal platter Which consisted of a grilled kielbasa cabbage roll sauerkraut and six pierogies. we talked off with a beer. We had great service.
Highly recommend!! First time here. We saw it on our way to the aquarium and new we had to stop. Pierogis were amazing! I had the potato and cheese, grilled. I also tried the dill pickle soup, pictured. Soup was amazing. Jameela was our server, who explained the menu very well and was so sweet. SHE made the entire experience perfect. Apple and plum strudel were great! They give you free perogies on your birthday!! We don't live close but will make the trip to come back, it's that good. Very cool atmosphere.
First time here. I came in for lunch and had a spectacular meal. It's so authenticlly polish that the nemu has perfect descriptions of the meals. It used to be an Egyptian restaurant, and they didn't change half the decor. The napkin holders are still pyramids. Honestly, it adds a little charm in its own right. A little updating to decor may be due soon. I had the Royal Polish Platter. It came with all the staples to get a true taste of the cuisine. Highly recommended. They also have a market on the side were you can purchase authentic Polish and European good. Including homemade frozen perogies.
I’ve been coming to Pierogi Grill for years, and it’s always absolutely amazing. As a Polish girl, I can honestly say these are hands down my favorite pierogi and sauerkraut anywhere. Everything tastes authentic, homemade, and full of flavor. The staff is always warm and welcoming too. Highly recommend!
First time visiting the Pierogi Grill in Clearwater a couple of weekends ago. We have passed this restaurant for many years and always want to stop but we haven’t passed when we were ready for lunch or dinner. This day we stopped for dinner and we ordered Dill Pickle Soup($7.99), Cold Cut Platter for 2 ($11.99) which had Kabanoski Sausage, forest sausage, country sausage, wedding sausage, bread and pickle, and 12 Mix Pierogi Plate ($19.99) which had 3 potato and cheddar, 3 potato and farmers cheese, 3 kraut and mushroom and 3 pork. The food is really really good. We were delightfully surprised at how tasty the Dill Pickle soup is. The Pierogis we ordered pan sautéed and they were all very tasty. The Cold Cuts were all really nice too. The decor is fairly dark in black and dark red with alligator print table and booth coverings. There is also a store inside selling a decent selection of candies, canned goods, sausages and frozen pierogi to take home. Service is friendly and as attentive as we wanted. This is a highly recommended place to experience. We can’t wait to return on a future trip to the area.
First time experiencing the Pierogi Grill of Clearwater. We were seated upon entry which was nice. Inside of restaurant has a nice dark intimate atmosphere with plenty of decor to observe when dining. The service was sub-par which was disappointing…it wasn’t very busy, so the service had no reason to be lacking. Other than that, the food looked and tasted great!! Also, an up-charge of $2.00 to pan fry the pierogi vs. boiling them was strange. I would like to try the restaurant again sometime, because all the food we observed looked delicious!! Hopefully the server will be more attentive next time.
